1. Who processes your data

2. What data is collected

• Contact form: name, email, phone, subject and message.
• Learner account creation: name, email, password (hashed), and if you use Google sign-in, your Google identifier.
• Product order or course access request via WhatsApp: the information you choose to share in the conversation — SOUTOURA MINING SERVICES & BTP only sees the message sent, never your WhatsApp account itself.
• Online payment (Mobile Money or card): handled directly by our payment provider (CinetPay, PayDunya or Stripe depending on the method chosen) — SOUTOURA MINING SERVICES & BTP never stores your banking details.

3. Why and on what legal basis

• Responding to your requests (contact form, quote): legitimate interest.
• Managing your account and access to courses: performance of our contract with you.
• Audience measurement: only with your explicit consent.

4. Retention period

Your account data is kept for as long as your account is active. Contact messages are kept for a maximum of 3 years. You may request their deletion at any time (see section 6).

Two categories of cookies are used on this website:
